Corriander Harvest 2025

English Coriander Crop Harvested in Sussex

Well, it wasn’t quite the record-breaking year at Beacon Commodities! However, we are pleased to report that we harvested the 2025 English Coriander crop on 6th September. This is one day later than our previous best in 2022.

Coriander

Coriander is an extremely drought resistant plant and our crop coped well as the Sussex summer tried to mimic the conditions often found in the Sahara Desert. This is in contrast to most other crops in the South-East which struggled with the lack of rainfall.

The seed did not need to be dried as it was combined at 11% moisture content even with some monumental downpours a few days before harvest. The seed has now been cleaned and is packaged in our UK Warehouse ready to be sold.

We would be delighted to hear from you if you feel you may have interest in acquiring a particular quantity as the seed is now being used by a huge number of distilleries including some major brands.
